Default My intro

My name is Will, I design and build choppers from the ground up... I specialize in frames and sheet metal fabrication. Im a tool junkie. My shop is located in my Garage in Louisville Ky right now and includes:

Bench Top English Wheel built to Kent Whites plans with Hoosier Wheels
Bench Top Power Hammer built to Kent whites Plans
Gitzit Planishing Hammer (I LOVE THIS)
Pullmax T-3 (we are just finishing cleaning this up - bodyworked and repainted)
Erco Kick Shrinker
Lancaster shrinker and Stretcher Stimpled By Neil Dunder (he does magic to these machines!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Bridgeport Mill 42"x9"
Clausing Colchester Lathe
10k Southbend Lathe
Dake Cold Saw
Burr King 760 Belt Sander (most used tool in shop)
Fully adjustable CNC machined Frame Jig
Jd2 32 Tube Bender
Miller syncrowave 200
Oxy Acytelene rig with Meco torch and Henrob torch
Miller Millermatic 200
Lots of hammers (I'm allways looking for good vintage Plumb - I love them)
Dollies
Shrinking Discks
Etc etc

Will, welcome to AllMetalShaping and thanks for the introduction. When you get a couple more tools you will be able to start doing something... Many of us here have the same disease and there is no cure. Thanks for joining us. Glad you enjoy the site.
