New user from Pismo Beach, CA
Hi everyone, my name is Alec and I am an aircraft mechanic. I enjoy certificated work but I have a lot more fun with DIY work at home. I am working on turning an Airstream into a mini movie theater for a vineyard owner right now but recently I designed an aluminum surfboard. I will likely post pictures and start a thread on that in the near future.
Looking forward to learning techniques to make my designs stronger, cheaper, faster...

Welcome aboard Alec!
I am over in Bakersfield and there are a number of members on the central coast, in fact, we just had our first regional meet out at Cuesta College a few months ago, hope to see you around. BTW, your surfboard sounds really interesting, can't wait to see some pictures. Cheers,
