Default first here.

Hello from Hattem, The Netherlands.

My name is Carel and I am new on metalshaping. Not only on this forum but in the world of metal too. I am trying to restore a 30 year old R4F4( this is a little french van).
The mechanic part has nnot many problems, but the metal is my problem.
I have some light skills on welding.
But before welding you have to give the metal a form.
And that is why I am on this forum.
Hope to learn a lot with the help of all those experienced people here.

greetings Carel Nankman

Hi Carel, welcome to the site. Its good to see people are at least trying to learn a little before they tear into an old vehicle I have seen lots of rare stuff destroyed by people who have little knowledge. A little planning and practice will ensure you will be able to turn out a good job.

David
