Hello My name is john,I am retired from a local chemical plant. I was a certified welder/machinist/mechanic while there. I worked there for 13 yrs, before that I was an electrician in the coal mines for 5 yrs. I have a AC-DC/TIG welder,Vertical milling machine,16x50 South Bend Lathe, a 36" pan brake,Oxy/Act torch. I have always done auto repair as a hobby. I have built a few totals for a little extra income. I have never learned how to do sheet metal and that is why I"m interested in this forum.Right now I"m staying very busy doing welding and machine work for a local company that does perforating for the shale gas business that is booming here. I live just outside Morgantown,WV and looking forward to my retirement years.
