Default Greetings from Alaska

Hi, I'm John from Anchorage, Alaska. I've been woodworking most of my life, but have relatively recently been bitten by the metalworking bug. Started out with an interest in someday building a tube and fabric airplane, but has morphed into more projects than I could imagine. Accumulating parts for a CNC router, nearly done with my microwave-oven-transformer spot welder, almost ready to start a sheet metal cyclone dust collection system for the woodshop, learning to weld (hoping Santa shows up with a TIG welder!). Still woodworking too. Can you tell I like to make stuff?

Thanks,
John

Welcome! Great to see someone wanting to go the plans-built route, most folks want a kit where they only have to do 51% of the building. What do you have your eye on for your first project?
