And Another Georgian Joins!
Howdy Y'all! My name is Greg Dubin, I live in Lawrenceville, GA, about 35 miles NE of Atlanta. I am a Construction Project Manager for the Oil, Gas, and Water sectors by day, and shadetree mechanic and "fabricator" by night. I spent about 9 months at a metal fab shop in the Chicago suburbs when I lived there, and fell in love with metalwork at that time. Ever since then, I have been dreaming about starting my own fab shop, and that dream is slowly coming true. Over the past few years, I have been compiling tools for my garage, and am about to burst out of there. Luckily we are home shopping and I will hopefully have my own shop soon.
For now, I am working on more automotive based projects, but am looking to expand my horizons. Currently under way, I am finishing the build on a trailer for a friend of mine, making a jig to start producing the axle back exhaust I created for my wife's G8 GT, and working with a tuning shop out of Texas to mock up and produce an aftermarket turbo kit for Cummins diesel trucks. I look forward to reading and learning from you guys, and hopefully one day, being able to share some advice with you guys! Thanks, and I look forward to talking with everybody! -Greg
