Default New guy from Stockholm

Hi I'm a amateur machinist from Stockholm, Sweden.
I used to have a great workshop in central Stockholm with a couple for friends but now I'm looking forward to moving to a house and building a new workshop. I have both a small scale CNC Lathe and CNC Mill doing mostly mechanical parts. Other than that I have a large pile of tools, machines and stuff in storage.

Lately I have been more and more inspired to get into metal shaping and I will look for some course to get me started. If you guys have any good recommendations on courses in Sweden I would be very happy.

I have done some basic metal art that is currently hanging in my hallway. Here are some photos for you take a look at.

I sanded waves in sheets and cut them with a plasma cutter with intentional over-burn to get that ruff edge.

I later used some acid with copper in it to rust the surface a bit. I used a mat clear coat to control the rust progression. The sheets hang on the wall on white MDF frames to make them apear free hanging.

Looking forward to learn a lot from you guys.
