Welcome aboard

Not sure about that Wheel but it needs to be stiff. If you have the opportunity to look at it and it has a set of wheels, insert the the flat anvil or if he does not have it just use the axle in the lower cradle. Add moderate to high pressure and this happens it will tell you the frame is flimsy. look to see if the wheels go out of alignment.
