Hello Art and welcome to allmetalshaping, I guess that you have quite a few employees, sounds like you need to get another one with some experience in shaping metal. Its always worth learning new things though, if you don't know how things should be done you can't know if an employee is doing a proper job. (well thats what I believe). It takes some basic knowlege and some practice to get started in shaping metal but not a lot of investment is needed to learn the important first steps - Welding, shaping by hand and metal finishing.
